2-y-o ratings August final stats

August finished on a high with the Bank Holiday posting:

“My nemisis, Channon, appears to have a ‘fly in the ointment’ of most of the Bank Holiday juvenille races.  He has two in the Champion 2-y-o Trophy which would have a chance if they run to their best but the problem is knowing when that could be, so I prefer Hold Your Colour [WON 9/2].  However, I would be interested in Leleyf [WON 8/1 < 10/1] in the Warwick Nursery, back in trip, on a good mark and should be a decent price.”

Unfortunately, my gratuitous pic of a bikini-clad Beyonce went awry as If I Were A Boy appeared to run into some above average maidens at Warwick!

The final stats for the month were an amazing +46.44pts to a 1 point stake at S.P. (not including Nurseries)

The top two rated provided the winner of 50.3% of all 2-y-o races (excl nurseries)

Nurseries also produced an additional LSP of +14 points and,since the first one in July, the top two rated have produced the winner of over a third of all juvenille handicaps.
