When you click on the Download &#039;day&#039; ratings you should be able to save the excel sheet as writeable, should not be set to read only. 
 
If you want to change to landscape then you will need to select the whole range you want to print out and then select FILE&gt;PRINT AREA&gt;SET PRINT AREA. If you then go into VIEW&gt;PAGE BREAK PREVIEW you should be able to drag the blue lines/line breaks so the document prints out how you like it to. 
 
Hope that helps, I have been thinking of switching to landscape anyway as it does make sense as I add more columns so that may be changing for the weekend anyway.

Like the ratings and when I go to GOODWOOD on Tuesday the 8th hope to make a few Bob  and  
will send some to you.  
when I print the ratings out on exel on the top it says read only, that is the size print I like I print it out  in landscape and its perfect for my old eyes can you help.
