It’s a tough ask first time out under his welter burden but he has his conditions, goes well fresh and although JHJ has stated he will improve for the run, if he has any Queen Mother chase pretensions then he has to go very close here today. Big weights do well in this race and the form of his narrow Arkle defeat has been working out very well indeed. He is a solid jumper and can go very close today and is interesting at 11/1 for the Queen Mother before today’s race.”
