I expect the Jarvis horse to be early morning fav so take the best early price on the selection as it is likely to be supported.” Available at 11/4 in the morning, Swiss Dream was punted into 7/4 and never looked in any danger.

I’ve nothing of that confidence on a busy BH but I will post the day’s ratings in full. A tentative nap would be Russian Ice, forecast at 4/1 who’s second last time out is the best bit of form on offer in a poor opener for the course.

Plenty of racing today but only four 2-y-o races to cover and there doesn’t look to be much value among the best rated. On The High Tops rates a decent win bet at 9/4 (generally) while Freedom Trail looks a cracking each-way punt at 20/1 (Blue Sq).

A red letter day for the ratings on Thursday when four top-rated won five races. Two were backed in from 7/2 to 9/4 and 15/8 respectively. I doubt that Friday’s ratings will be anywhere near as successful. Rerouted looks particularly poor value as several Hills’ juvenilles have run not run to their mark second time out. At this stage, Twist Of Silver looks to be the best value top-rated runner. Ratings in full:

A really disappointing renewal of the Hilary Needler (Beverley 7:30). I’ve published the ratings but the top two have low draws which is likely to be a big negative unless there’s a significant going change and they come down the stands side (as they did three years ago). It’s a very tricky heat and the best value bet looks likely to be Malpas Missile. Full ratings:
