Following on from last month’s analysis of the top3 on the FormBet ratings there are two profitable systems that were tracked during August that when combined showed a +195pts profit on the month with a 25% strike-rate and 150% ROI ! Details of both of these systems are below with an attached ZIP file of the August results. This is ideal for those who just want a few selections each day and they complement each other well so that when one fails to fire the other should compensate. When both hit the mark as they did in August then Bingo !

V200% Maidens System

Rule are as follows –:

1) UK Maiden Races Only

2) Top-3 of the FBR Ratings

3) V% of at least 200% on the morning rating s @ 10am

4) Stakes are 1pt e/w or 1pt win/1pt place on Betfair

In August there were 43 qualifiers, backing them 1pt win and 1pt place at BetfairSP (after 5% assumed commission) produced a +163pts profit with a 28% strike-rate and 248% ROI ! It produced 2 winners at 20/1, one at 50/1, one at 12/1 and numerous placers at odds of 33/1, 40/1, 66/1 and 80/1. Considering it is producing high odds selections it had an amazing strike-rate in August which I would hope would be repeated in future months.

V100% Speed Handicappers

Rules are as follows –:

1) UK Handicap Races Class 1 – 4

2) Top-3 of the FBR Ratings

3) Ranked 1st on MSR (Master Speed Rating)

4) V% of at least 100% on the morning ratings @ 10am

5) Stakes are 1pt win

In August there were 74 qualifiers, backing them 1pt win @ BetfairSP produced a 32pts profit with a 23% strike-rate and 52% ROI. The biggest priced winner was 10/1 with most winners coming in the 3/1 to 9/1 price range. I would imagine profits would be increased if best early odds with a best-odds-guaranteed bookmaker were taken in the morning as these are often overpriced and can shorten before ‘the off’

A filtered method for those wanting less selections with a higher ROI% is to use all the above filters but only concentrate on 2yo Nursery races. From 11 races they had a strike-rate of 40% with a +19.85pts profit and a 199% ROI !. Speed is much more a factor in 2yo races and with most horses in Nurseries having around the same amount of runs and the same age obviously they are likely to prove more consistent.

Summary

All qualifiers from the above systems will be sent out in the morning update email all through September along with the ratings and advised bets with the top3 strategy automated bets pre-loaded. There is also investigation ongoing into a laying strategy using the ratings that has a 91% strike-rate so far – more of that later in the month.

Using all of the combined systems together with the advised bets should ensure regular, decent profits on a month-on-month basis so signup now, it’s less than £1 a day for a monthly subscription.
